No I'm just using console cable to each router and I already use the same console to routers 2500 and 1600 series which are working and I tried the same console cable with another laptop and it is working for all router series and with the same configurations like my hyperTerminal configurations

Are you using a terminal server or do you move the laptop cable from
router to router, as you access each of them?
