As others have asked, what are you trying to solve with load
balancing? Is the total unidirectional load from each floor greater
than 1 GB? Is your concern bandwidth or fast failover?

More than one HSRP group can exist in the same VLAN. Is the
per-floor VLAN an administrative definition or are there other
