PAT and secondary address

Hello

The solution from iPexpert show all the time when configuring PAT a secundary
address.

Do you agree with me, that we DONT need this secondary address on the e1/0
interface?

 ip address 172.31.90.129 255.255.255.240

 ip address 172.31.69.2 255.255.255.252
