We need more information. With this type of problem and the little
information provided any answer you get is going to be a stab in the
dark.
Here is the type of information needed:
1) What is the input rate on R1 S0/0 and R2 S0/0?
2) What is the output rate on R1 S0/0 and R2 S0/0?
3) What is the input rate on R2 Fa1/0?
4) Does R1 have a full T1 and R2 have a 56k?
etc..... etc..... etc.....
