The default privilege levels are 0, 1 and 15. There isn't a single
comprehensive document that states which commands belong to which
privilege level by default.

Hi. Could someone please tell me where I could find information on what
privilege levels provide what rights? For example, privilege level 15
gives all the rights - are the other levels all configurable or do they
have some defaults? A link to somewhere on the CD would be great.
