DDR- Dialer watch backup

I'm working with DDR backup. Cisco has three ways: Floating static routes,
Backup interfaces and dialer watch. Floating and backup, rely on
interesting traffic (dialer-list) before trigger dialing, but dialer watch
not. So, how I can monitor networks with dialer watch, but relying on
interesting IP traffic?, for example, if I want backup the primary
interface when network x.x.x.x be lost , but only if there is FTP traffic.
