I think the number was actually there in my case. I
logged on before I received the email. Once I received
the email, I just pressed the 'Refresh' button and it
did not show the number. After a few hours I pressed
the 'Refresh' button again and still no number. I
logged out then immediately logged in, and the number
was there. I think press the 'Ctrl' or 'Shift' key
together with the 'Refresh' button will also force the
webpage to retrieve data from the server database...
