The breakout box marks a badass.
An oscilloscope to apply to the breakout box pins is big magic.
And a break-x sledgehammer falls into a different category
altogether. Mind you, I once winced as I watched (in a development
lab) the very careful use of a hammer to get an OC-192 card into a
just-slightly-out-of-whack prototype router cage.
