Well, I never thought this day would come. I sat the lab Friday May 9th at RTP for the second time and passed!
My story is not much different than most of the others on this list who have passed. I bought (and read) just about every recommended Cisco book on the market, purchased my own lab equipment and worked out dozens upon dozens of different scenarios from various vendors. I have studied countless hours and lost nearly a year of my social life to this certification. I have to say though, even with all of this effort I could not have possibly achieved this goal without attending CyscoExpert in Chicago, IL. These guys are awesome! There is absolutely no substitute for having six CCIEs within arms reach and their labs are better than anything I've seen on the market yet. If you're thinking of attending a class, CyscoExpert has all the right ingredients to help you reach your dream!
For those of you who are in hot pursuit of this certification, keep at it! Don't let them keep you down. If you fail, get right back on your feet, figure out what you could have done better and give it another shot. This test is not easy. Would it be worth anything if it was?
