8510 MSR (ATM Switch) in ROMMON mode

Hi all,

I have a 8510 MSR which act as the ATM switch. Recently after I erase the
startup-config and reboot the ATM switch, it loaded into the ROMMON mode. I
tried to manually boot from the bootflash but it failed. Any idea on this
issue?? Hardware or register problem??
