I would highly recommend the CVOICE training book from cisco press, and
depending on how into S&M [I mean voice over IP] you are. You might look at
Voice over IP fundamentals. [the book is actually good, but the voice can
be down right painful].

And I would get the DQOS when it comes out. Voice & QOS are like peas and
carrots.
