Yes,

don't try to combine 'ip ospf demand-circuit" and
"backup' on the same time.

The issue is when the primary link is recovery, the
router with "ip ospf demand-circuit" will detect
another link have lower cost than it. And no more
traffic will pass the ISDN link, after the idle time
it will drop the link.
