RSVP bandwidth (which is the bandwidth for the IP
headers and data inside them, but not the required
link layer headers) exceeds 75% of interface bandwidth.
It may be that you need to enter the 'bandwidth'
command to correct the system's understanding of the
available bandwidth. If that's not the case, then:
Due to bit-stuffing, layer 2 headers and layer 1
framing, and the need for routing and keep-alive
traffic, not to mention the RSVP messages themselves,
this is just plain too high. Configure your interface
realistically for the bandwidth available.
