I have a question.
Does a "bandwidth" command effects actuall port speed on the router?
For instance, I have a T1 coming in to serial, and am trying to lower the
actual
speed on the port. Does it?
Also, if there is a command that let you check the actual bandwith(speed) on
interfaces.
Anyone?
