in this case, you don't need reflection. if you only have 3 routers
however, i'd peer the two spokes and then you'd be set. In the lab, I'd
only do what the test explicitly told me to do.
If this is real world, I would advise that you build the mesh properly so
that it will work well in all cases. Building arbitrary topologies that
happen to work now, only creates issues down the road as you forget about
the half built nature of the network and end up troubleshooting unnecessarily.
