Difference between "arp frame-relay" and "frame-relay

Hi guys

While doing frame config and turning off arp, I came across "arp
frame-relay". I normally use "NO frame-relay inverse-arp" to turn off
inverse ARP and map DLIC manually.

Can someone please explain what this other command is for, i.e. "arp
frame-relay" and "NO arp frame-relay"
