Question on FLSM and VLSM mutual redistribution again

Hi, I have question on FLSM and VLSM mutual
redistribution

From what I know, if VLSM subnet mask greater than
FLSM subnet mask, all we have to do is summarize
VLSM subnet mask to match FLSM subnet mask

How about the opposite case ?
For example VLSM subnet mask is less that FLSM
subnet mask, how we can do mutual redistribution so
every router is FLSM domain can reach router in
VLSM domain (Default Route and Static Route are
not allowed)
