The redirect command is put wherever you want, and the "in" or "out" has
to do with which direction the requests will be coming from.
In a router that has s0/0 to the internet and e0/0 to one lan and e0/1
to another lan... Requests could be inbound to both e0/0 and e0/1, or
one single command with 'redirect out' on the s0/0 interface will cover
both lans.
