LOL..... I had major problems with Lab 8, because I was working out of
the 3.1 workbook, but then using the 4.0 configs to check my work..... I
was REALLY confused! And it turns out that section is is so different
between 3.1 and 4.0 (which many only have minor changes) that the
solution for the 4.0 was using stuff that the 3.1 scenario didn't even
need..... I was MAJORLY confused =)

Anyone can make it work with exactly same configuration as IPexpert's

I can only make it work if I remove the 'neighbor' under RIP.
