I have comments:
3. ip broadcast-address 178.21.34.255 : this command is not required.
(Actually, this command is in Outbound direction, it make the default
broadcast address 255.255.255.255 to become 178.21.34.255)
4. 178.21.34.0 network is not necessary the last-hop's connected network ,
it can be anywhere in your network.
