Khalid,

I agree with OhioHondo.....See If u configure CBWFQ ..it reserve 25%
bandwidth for Protocols , system and L2 if u configure max-bandwidth command
u should be very careful that system resources should get enough bandwidth
otherwise ur network may be ruined!!!!!
