I suggest "redistribute connected" from both ospf & isis. Or, give "passive
interface loopback 0" isis router command.

Subject: redistributing ISIS into OSPF not working
I have a diagram i am working on to test ISIS and redistribution
the diagram is as follows
_________R4 ---------- R6
/
R1
\_________ R2
R1, R2, R4 = OSPF area 0
R2, R4 = EIGRP 4
R4, R6 ISIS Level 1-only
OSPF and EIGRP are not redistributed
redistribution is only done between EIGRP and ISIS, OSPF and ISIS.
R6 has Loopback 130.1.6.0 /24 network in ISIS.
EIGRP is abled to see this network on R2
OSPF can see this network in the ospf database, however it is not being
installed into the routing table on R1.
