Hi,

From my experience/dealings with Lynnda Murphy, I think she should not be
employed in that role. She is just not efficient.

Hey that's only my opinion :-)

Now I probably will never get my plaque for saying this. But facts are
facts.

Subject: My plaque delivery...... @#$#@$@

Dear fellows:

I have my number on 3-July-2002, waited for almost 10 months for my plaque
and finally I emailed Corbins, the plaque manufacturer (I knew their email
via another CCIE), and got this reply:

| kind regards,

What kind of customer service that Cisco provided to us????
I am very very mad about that. How can I push them to get my plaque
delivered? Comment welcomed.
