Dave's right, physical FR interfaces are point-to-multipoint, and you can
not change them. You can change the OSPF network type. Also, if you have 2
routers connected together over a single PVC, you can configure them with
the "frame-relay interface-dlci x" command, the same way you would a
point-to-point (you can also do this with point-to-multipoint subinterfaces).
