 From a router point of view, it will only route through 172.30.0.10 if the
local interface connected to the 203.92.194.0 goes down. Just because
203.92.194.1 goes down, does not mean the local interface will go down.

Because it's a switch, I think it will work if the link to 203.92.194.1 is
the only interface in the vlan. Any other interface in the vlan will keep
the vlan interface up
