When U compare this two conf, do you think they will do the same?

ip nat pool POOL 150.50.5.69 150.50.5.69 netmask 255.255.255.224
ip nat inside source list 2 pool POOL overload

or

ip nat inside source list 2 interface serial 0/0 overload

Note> S0/0 interface has 150.50.5.69 255.255.255.224

I would say yes!
