okay, just seeking the consensus ;-)

the Question is assuming the 'bandwidth' is 128kbps,
so if we don't specify that bandwidth, we won't get points, i think.

and there're several ways to directly / indirectly specify that bandwidth of
128kbps.

that's my concerns !
