Byte-count or queue entry limit with custom queuing

I think we should vote for buying more bandwidth instead of developing
QOS any further :) QOS should be CCIE track on it's own.

another question, concerning custom queuing:

When I determine queue list, and appropriate queue size like in this
procedure:

Queue 1 -- EIGRP & OSPF Packet size: 500 25%
Queue 2 -- www Packet size: 1412 10%
Queue 3 -- Default Packet size: 700 65%

Step 1
Queue 1= 25/500 = 0.050
Queue 2= 10/1412 = 0.007
Queue 3= 65/700 = 0.092

Step 2
queue 1 -- 0.050 / 0.007 = 7.14 ==> 8
queue 2 -- 0.007 / 0.007 = 1
queue 3 -- 0.092 / 0.007 = 13.14 ==> 14

Step 3
queue 1 -- 8 * 500 = 4000 -------------------> WHAT DID I GET HERE?
Byte-count or queue entry limit?
queue 2 -- 1 * 1412 = 1412 ------------------> WHAT DID I GET HERE?
Byte-count or queue entry limit?
queue 3 -- 14 * 700 = 9800 ------------------> WHAT DID I GET HERE?
Byte-count or queue entry limit?

access-list 101 permit ospf any any
access-list 101 permit eigrp any any
access-list 102 permit tcp any any eq www
queue-list 1 protocol ip 1 list 101
queue-list 1 protocol ip 2 list 102
queue-list 1 default 3

IS IT HERE:
queue-list 1 queue 1 byte-count 4000
queue-list 1 queue 2 byte-count 1412
queue-list 1 queue 3 byte-count 9800

OR

queue-list 1 queue 1 limit 4000
queue-list 1 queue 2 limit 1412
queue-list 1 queue 3 limit 9800

No links anymore, my head is double bigger from QOS last days. And I
have smarter stuff to study 4 days before exam. Just a simple

"byte-count"
or
"limit"
answer.
