The smallest advertisement a provider will accept from a customer with a
single connection to that provider is a /24, if you have multiple
connections to a single provider you can usually announce smaller than a
/24, but it goes by company policy.  Sprint, for example, will allow you to
announce a /26 or /25 if you have multiple connections to them.
