My understanding of syslog is that whatever level of logging you turn up
then that level and all the levels UNDER that level are sent to wherever
you point the log messages.
For example, 'logging trap warnings' will log for us (emergencies,
alerts, critical, errors, and warnings). Is this a correct perception?
