There is no way to do that at least that I am aware of. When you wr
erase and reload there is no config in nvram so the router is kind
enough to offer to help you create a config. Of course in your case it
turns out to be a bit of a nuisance since you want it to reload and just
go to the prompt and accept the blank config :)

--- System Configuration Dialog ---
Would you like to enter the initial configuration dialog? [yes/no]:
What type of file? I 'wr e' the startup then try to copying to the
running, but the old runing still remain. I guess there is no way to
erase running completely without reboot?
I want it to go strait the the prompt without intervention. Makes it
easier when I am reloading 8 routers.

Just hit ctrl-c when you get to the setup dialog and it'll break you out
of it.
Technically you could copy a small config file into NVRAM after you
erase it and then the router won't go through the setup dialog.

Is there any way to bypass the initial System Configuration Dialog? I
ask cause it would make reboots a lot easier! Meaning is there anyway
to have the router select no automatically from a "wr e / reload" and go
straight to '>' prompt?
