Just hit ctrl-c when you get to the setup dialog and it'll break you out
of it.
Technically you could copy a small config file into NVRAM after you
erase it and then the router won't go through the setup dialog.

Subject: Abort System Configuration Dialog -
Is there any way to bypass the initial System Configuration Dialog? I
ask cause it would make reboots a lot easier! Meaning is there anyway
to have the router select no automatically from a "wr e / reload" and go
straight to '>' prompt?
% Please answer 'yes' or 'no'.
Would you like to enter the initial configuration dialog? [yes/no]: N
Would you like to terminate autoinstall? [yes]:
