Just one. The first one says 'don't send out an inverse-arp' the second
says 'don't answer an inverse arp request'. Doing both just tells the
router not to answer an arp request that it'll never get. :)

are both commands below necessary? or just one of them?
1. no frame-relay inverse-arp
2. no arp frame-relay
