Some ISDN switches allow you to use the same number for both the SPID and
the DIAL STRING.
Your config would look something like this:

int bri0
isdn spid1 7212345
dialer map ip <r2> broadcast 7012345
R2
int bri0
isdn spid1 7012345
dialer map ip <r1> broadcast 7212345
