Nishant,

        Is it possible the bug hadn't been discovered yet when they told you to use
that version? It seems that every time I run a problem by TAC and we think
it's a bug, the engineer will check for any bugs in a version we're thinking
of trying. I think you just got a new TAC person who forgot that part of
the TAC manual. Overall I think TAC is one of the better support groups
around. Ever call 3Com about a problem like that? Ughhh....
