Has anyone run into an issue on Microsoft NT 4.0 SP6a domain controllers
where all controllers including those on the same subnet can't connect
to
each other. You can remotely connect to the machines via dameware remote
control software and pings are 1ms between the servers. The error log
indicates an RDR error which indicates a timeout on the "redirector".
I normally don't mess with this stuff but as always the network is
guilty
when nothing else makes sense so I then have to fix it for them. I just
started my sniffers on a 24x7 wrapping capture so I hope to catch it in
action next time. Network wise I am using 2 4006 sup 3's running IOS
layer 3
routing. The switches indicate no problems on the server or vlan
interfaces.
Very little buffer action so that's clean.
Any input is appreciated,
Thanks in advance,
