Different white paper says to use directly connected
interfaces for EBGP and loopbacks for IBGP. In the
exam if they restrict you then you have no choice but
to use
whatever they are asking you. In the lab practices of
only limited routers I always used to use loopbacks
and that's what I would recommend too.
