Subject: FR map broadcast keyword

Hi group,

Appreciate if someone can clarify the broadcast keyword in a FR map
statement. Take for an example, if the following commands are set in the
hub router :

interface Serial0/0
 ip address 192.168.1.2 255.255.255.0
 encapsulation frame-relay
 ip ospf network point-to-multipoint
 frame-relay map ip 192.168.1.1 221 broadcast
 frame-relay map ip 192.168.1.3 223 broadcast

Does the broadcast keyword do either or both of the following actions :
1) local generated broadcast will be duplicated onto both DLCI
2) remote generated broadcast (say broadcast from spoke router) will also be
duplicated on other DLCI

My prelim. test seems to point out only case 1 is correct.

thanks a lot
alec
