For IBGP, using loopback provides more resilience as there maybe redundant
paths to reach the neighbor.
For EBGP, interface IP is often used as there is often a single path to the
neighbor.
the cisco web site has many examples explaining BGP basics, they are not
CCIE lab exam specific.
