I'm pretty sure it is possible,

I thought when you type just dialer-load threshold command to bind two B
channels into one logical channel you are using cisco proprietary
Bandwidth On Demand. With ppp multilink command then it changes to using
PPP Multilink specifications (which should mean compatibility with
non-cisco vendor equipment).

I got this from the CCNP Remote Access Exam Cert Guide, Pg 153.
