May I ask which phone number you called? I tried both 1-800-829-6387 and
1800-326-1941, then select "education and certification", then select "CCIE
program". But nobody answered the phone and only voice mail. I left voice
message and nobody reply :-(.
The problem is my scheduled test is this Friday (I have to leave on
Thursday). I think I really don't have any good luck :-(!
