W/ CAR I use:

Bc = configured rate / 8 * 1.5
Be = Bc * 2

Can soneone please explain a simple way to figure out the Bc with CAR. I
have
been simply dividing the access rate by 8. I know this can't be right
because
my numbers never match the book. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
