No - IPSec only offers unicast support. Although it might be possible to
tunnel the multicast packets through GRE then through IPSec. There is an
IETF group working on this issue, so expect secure mutipoint tunneling
standards - soon. Cisco have also made reference to an upcoming design
guide as well.
