Some people tag routes as a rule of thumb. This is so they can deny or
permit based on tags at another distribution point if necessary. I
personally think it is a waste of time if not needed. I also have noticed
that the labs I have been through so far use access-list's at all
redistribution points. This is not always necessary either, and if not
configured right, can cause serious problems. My take on it is that if it
is not required, don't bother. You should be throughly reading through
requirements before you begin so you should know if you need to tag or not.
Just my opinion.
