Hi. The following describes the policy:
*Written Exam Expiry*
Candidates must attempt the CCIE Lab exam within 18 months of passing
the CCIE Qualification exam. After the first lab attempt, candidates
must attempt the CCIE lab at least once every 12 months from the last
lab attempt in order for their qualification exam to remain valid.
However, if a candidate has not passed the CCIE Lab exam within three
years of passing the qualification exam, he or she must retake the CCIE
qualification exam before the candidate will be allowed to schedule the
lab exam again.
