If I'm running DLSW between 2 routers, and want to filter netbios traffic
on the remote-peer statement.
hostA---rtrB---rtrC---hostD
If I want to keep hostA from being able to reach hostD, do I put the
host-netbios-out on the remote-peer statement on rtrB or rtrC.
