Use the command ip bgp new-format global configuration command. This is used
to display communities in the AA:NN format as opposed to the decimal format
you are seeing.

Hi Group,
I configured a community list as follows,
ip community-list 1 permit 9000:80
When I looked at the running config , it was shown as random numbers
ip community-list 1 permit 589824080.
Does anybody know why it is showing differently in running config. How will
you find the original community value from that random
numbers if one does know the actual community value.
