The C3550 does not support NAT. However it does support Layer 2/3/4 ACL
filtering on a per-port basis or per-VLAN basis

I do not think 3550 SMI or EMI will do NAT. The product descriptions even
hint at this. They indicate that this does INTER VLAN routing, leaving the
upstream devices to be "free" to do NAT. (or something like that)
