You cannot, thats the nature of OSPF Demand Circuit, to bring up the link
and synchrinoize the OSPF databases whenever there is a change in the OSPF
topology tables..you can try watch list with multiple routes to watch.....or
maybe even backup interface...depending on yr topology.
