Hello all,

I have a situation where I have a DS3 with sub-interfaces at our corporate
site and T1 access at our remote site. We are running Frame-Relay over ATM.
I am seeing that we are transmitting from corporate twice the rate (2xT1) that
we are recieving at the remote site and receiving FECN's at teh remote site as
expected. I though that generic traffic shaping to 1536000 at the corporate
sub-interface would be the answer, but I was wrong. It had no affect on the
transmit rate.

Any ideas would be welcome.
